Welcome again everyone!!!!! Thank You so much for coming back to my Pregnancy post. I've already told you a little bit about myself and what to kind of expect when you find out that you are pregnant. In this post we are going to talk about the 3 trimesters that happen when you are pregnant. And a few things to look out for when you go through each trimester.
For the first trimester this is both exciting and frustrating. The first trimester last from 1 to 12 weeks. This is the time where you will begin to feel mood swings, cravings, swollen breasts, morning sickness, more pee breaks and more. This is also the time you might need to start changing your daily routines. Even though you wont be showing as much in this trimester, you still will feel a lot of these symptoms. My mom always use to say that it is bad luck to tell someone that you are pregnant while you are in your first trimester.....i'm not sure how true that is or not, but I don't want to take that chance!
The second trimester last from 13 to 28 weeks. This is the time when you truly begin to see your body start to change and the annoying "can I touch your belly" questions begin to happen. Now in this trimester some women might find that it is a lot easier than the first one and that could be because they are use to it. But there are plenty of changes that will happen to you in this stage. Your body goes under a lot of physical changes. Stretch marks everywhere, body aches, dark patches, changes in your breast, swelling, itching and more.
The third trimester last from 29 to 40 weeks. And now you are ALMOST DONE!!!!! A lot of the same symptoms will stay with a few new ones. You might experience tender breasts, heartburn, shortness of breath, trouble sleeping, and you might feel the baby dropping. All of these are normal and you are almost done, your beautiful miracle is on its way. So heads up if you see a pregnant woman, cut her some slack. this process has not been easy and it seems like it has been happening forever!

Discovering
Welcome Everyone! Like I said before this blog is going to be all about pregnancy. I am going to provide you with as many tips and tricks as I possibly can about your pregnancy from before to after. And letting you in on any health tips or financial, physical, and even emotions tips that can help you make this a smooth transition. Today's blog will be covering when you first find out that you are pregnant.
When first trying to have a baby or realizing that you are pregnant you must look at the preconception health care in both you and your partner. And I know what you are probably thinking.....what is that?!?! But please don't worry. This is basically a check up on you and your body. Just making sure you are healthy and can carry a baby without any problems. It is very important that you check the health in not only you and your partner but your family as well.
In your family you are looking for any past history of illnesses. Something that could have been pasted down, or something that is consistently popping up in your family like diabetes or strokes. Basically anything that would cause harm to you. For women making sure that you are getting enough rest and staying healthy. Eating as healthy as possible, and staying active. For men, making sure you are supportive and HELPING OUT is a great way to stay healthy. The mother of your child is going through a lot of stress both physically and emotionally. So it is very nice to have an extra pair of hands around the house or even just being supportive.
That is all for my post today. Just make sure you are taking care of your body so your baby has a greater chance of coming out happy and healthy. I would love to hear some feed back from everyone. Maybe any questions that you have or want me to answer about pregnancy. Next blog I will talk about that first trimester and everything that comes with it.
